Pet-Friendly Hospitality
Your furry friends are welcome too! Well-behaved dogs can join you in the bar and guest lounge. Please note that breakfast is served in the dining room, where dogs aren’t permitted; we ask that they remain in your car during this time. A small charge of £10 per night applies for dogs, and we kindly request that they are not left unattended in rooms.

- At Easter and bank holidays there is a minimum of 3 nights booking.
- All prices include a full cooked breakfast and taxes.
- Children under 2 are free. We have travel cots and cot bedding available. Travel cots are £10 per stay and cot bedding is £5 per set. Pre-booking is essential.

- Check in time is after 3 p.m. Check out time is by 10.30 a.m.
- We accept cash and most Credit/Debit Cards.
Terms:
- We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made directly with the hotel (not one made via a third party agent e.g. booking.com) constitutes a contract between themselves and Elen’s Castle Hotel.
- For such direct bookings, in the event of cancellations, alterations or reduction of numbers by the client, the Hotel will undertake to mitigate its losses and to re-let the room at similar rates.
- For direct bookings, the Guest will be responsible for the loss incurred by the Hotel in the event that rooms remain unoccupied, or are occupied at a lower rate than the date the room was originally booked.
- For direct bookings, the cancellation charges imposed by the Hotel will therefore reflect the actual loss.
- Any postponement of confirmed direct bookings will be treated as cancellation.
- We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice.

Sink into the New Year in comfort and joy
This year we are hosting a more informal Christmas and New Year. The bar and guest lounge are open to all with it's log-burning stove, fabulous decorations and a large selection of hot and cold drinks perfect for a festive break. From hot chocolate (with cream, marshmallows and even a tot of Baileys), to mulled wine, local beer and a small range of festive cocktails. On New Year's Eve we are offering a buffet for £25 per person from 7 pm.
